You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.

PROPKEE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is suspected of fraud, impersonation, or misuse.

4. Roles and Responsibilities

PROPKEE may suspend or remove listings that are misleading, violate laws, or breach these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws and advertising standards in your jurisdiction, including any licensing requirements or disclosures under real estate laws.

5. Agency, Developer, and Representative Accounts

Where a Seller or organization creates or manages accounts on behalf of its employees, agents, or affiliates, such Seller represents and warrants that it has obtained proper authorization and consent from those individuals to submit their information, images, or social media identifiers to the Platform.

PROPKEE may rely on such representation for purposes of hosting, displaying, or promoting the content in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Any dispute or withdrawal of consent shall be addressed under the Seller Onboarding & Representation Terms.

6. Fees and Payments

To activate a seller account, a one-time fee of USD $1 applies. Additional charges may be introduced for premium tools or promotional features, and will be clearly disclosed.

All payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers. PROPKEE is not liable for errors or breaches by these providers.

All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

7. Content Ownership and Licensing

You retain ownership of any content (e.g., reels, property information) you upload. However, by submitting content to the Platform, including content submitted by a Representative on behalf of another person or entity, you grant PROPKEE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to host, display, distribute, promote, and use your content for platform operations, marketing, and partnerships.

PROPKEE may remove or restrict content that violates legal standards or platform policies.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload false, harmful, or infringing content
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or legal authority
• Tamper with the platform's algorithms, analytics, or discovery functions
• Use bots, automation, scraping tools, or unauthorized APIs
• Reverse engineer, duplicate, or commercially exploit the platform without written consent

9. Platform Disclaimer

PROPKEE provides a digital property discovery and lead generation service. We do not act as a real estate broker, agent, financial advisor, or party to any transaction between users.

All property interactions and negotiations are conducted independently and at your own risk.

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROPKEE and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PROPKEE, its affiliates, directors, and employees against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any infringement or violation of third-party rights

12. Modifications to Terms

PROPKEE may update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the app or email. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
